Production Facility Addition

TKDA met aggressive schedule and kept plant operations going during major addition

The Client’s production facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, required a major addition to accommodate increasing demands and staff needs. TKDA completed the construction documents for this 159,000 SF addition. The new addition had to be completed as quickly as possible without disrupting current plant operations. It also needed to exceed stringent hygiene requirements and allow for future horizontal expansion. TKDA collaborated with the Client’s project team and the contractor to ensure the addition overcame all project challenges. The new addition includes areas for a warehouse, utilities, production, filling, packaging, incubation, offices, conference rooms, and restrooms.
